Gmail mobile app: Open Gmail app, go to the Promotions tab, open our email, tap the three dots in the top-right corner, select “Move to,” then tap “Primary.”
Gmail on web: Open your Gmail inbox, go to the Promotions tab, open our email, click the three dots above the email (under the search bar, not the top-right menu inside the email), select “Label as,” then uncheck “Promotions.”
The process should be similar for other email platforms.
